Public funding for digital projects and startups

The right product, without the funds to build it, goes nowhere.

Many companies have the right idea but do not know funds exist to build it, or have no time to go looking. Others have a grant call in mind, but no solid project behind it: and a well-filled form has never convinced anyone.

We have a startup DNA and an in-house startup studio. Validating an idea and finding the money to make it grow? We know what that means, because we do it first of all for ourselves and for the startups in our ecosystem.

What is public funding for a digital project?

Funds, grants and calls for proposals, regional, national or European, set aside to finance the costs of innovation: developing a new product, doing research, digitalising a process, hiring and training people.

Almost never is the problem that they do not exist. The hard part is working out which ones fit you and presenting a project solid enough to win them.

We take care of both: finding the right call for you and helping you build the project to apply with.

Idea, grant, product. All under one roof.

Idea validation and MVP

We test the idea with real users: what you present is not a promise, it is something that already works.

Search for grant calls and public funding

We keep an eye on regional, national and European calls and filter them for your company and your project: we propose only those where you have a good chance, where you meet the requirements.

Support for startup teams

From development to fundraising. Building the strategy, the business plan and the projections, writing the project to apply with and obtaining the funds are stages of one path, where each step prepares the next.

Presentation, technical and economic documentation

It is written by whoever builds the product, together with the person who helps you shape the story and the numbers.

The startup studio: we put in our own ideas and resources.

When we help you fund a project, we are not speaking from hearsay.

The difference from those who just fill in the application is all here: we have tried the path from idea to funded product ourselves, with our own products. We know what the person assessing a call is looking for because we have been through it too, on the side of the one who applies.

How we work, from the first call to submitting the application

The path is almost always the same. We start with a video call to understand who you are and where you stand: a newly born company thinks differently from one already established. From there we analyse your situation and look for suitable calls, regional, national or European, based on your goal and your needs. When we find the right one we get to work together: we share needs and timing, build the narrative and the strategy for how to present the project, and write it through to submission.

OrtiGo was a startup at the point of being born. Together we chose to start the project through Invitalia's Autoimpiego Centro-Nord, the measure that met the needs of those setting up right now. With timing and needs shared, we worked on the narrative and the strategy: how to present the project so that it would stand up in front of the people assessing it.

Sinergie Express was an established company. With us it had a project under way for a management system to optimise business processes: logistics, internal management, transport organisation. We looked for a call suited to that purpose and to their territory, identified "Bike to Work & City Logistics" from the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, and accompanied them from defining the project through to writing and submitting the application.

Different calls, different stages, same method: find the right one and bring a solid project to it. If the right funds do not exist, we say so, instead of having you chase the wrong call for months.

Who we do it for

We work with startups at every stage of life, from prototype to product on the market, that have an innovation idea and are looking for a way to fund it, and with established companies that want to innovate their processes and find out which funds and incentives can support them.

Proof, not promises

The in-house startup studio is our training ground: it is where we learned to validate ideas by putting in our own resources, before even asking a call for support.

Meddle is our own product, born inside the startup studio: AI and IoT that make production data talk. PoDiaCar is co-funded by the European Union (Grant Agreement no. 101128946), a healthcare digital twin with predictive AI. Two complex ideas that became products, thanks in part to funding.
