We take great care in selecting our team members
At Quinck, we value more than just technical skills. We are, first and foremost, a group of friends aiming to grow together. Our selection process begins with an introductory call to make sure we’re on the same wavelength.
Once we confirm that our mindsets align, we’ll arrange more technical calls. During these, our CTO will present real-world challenges focused more on problem-solving than pure knowledge.
If everything goes positively, you’ll be paired with a senior team member and gradually involved in increasingly challenging real-world projects until you reach full operational autonomy.
