Few clients, followed closely
19 people in Imola: your project is worked on by people with names, not a ticket number.
Quinck is a software house in Imola, in Emilia-Romagna. Nineteen people, between engineers, designers and developers, who design business systems, data platforms and company applications for manufacturing, finance and services. A company since 2021, with few clients followed closely.
People come to us when a process has stalled, when three systems do not talk to each other, when a new regulation changes the way they work, or when they are preparing next year's budget and want to know what a project costs.
Before writing a line we spend a few days inside your work: who touches the process, where it stalls, how many hours go on copying data from one system to another.
Then we release the smallest version that already delivers a benefit, put it in the hands of the people who work with it and widen it on what actually gets used. It is the quickest way to find out that a feature requested in January was not needed by anyone.
One team from the first meeting to release: whoever listens to you is whoever writes the software. And we stay afterwards, because a business system lives for years, and in those years people, regulations and the market change.
We design business systems and platforms tailored to your processes, connect machines and databases, use artificial intelligence where it takes away manual work, and build cloud architectures that hold when the load grows tenfold. Who we are and how we got here is on the About us page.
On cost: a dedicated person identifies the grant calls, follows the application and handles the reporting. Across our projects and those of the Quinck ecosystem we have raised 1.5 million euros, and some clients have gone from 40,000 to 20,000 euros out of their own pocket. The detail is on the page about public funding for digital projects.

If software already on the market solves the problem we say so, and you know a project's complexity before you sign.
