Advice & Consulting, Italian excellence in designing intensive orchards and made-in-Italy storage systems for Russian-speaking markets, needed to coordinate remote operators, constantly monitor orchard conditions, and produce compliant agricultural documentation.

Manual monitoring is inefficient, especially when sensor data must translate into concrete actions for field agronomists. What if it were possible to transform IoT sensor data into actionable information accessible anywhere? We developed a complete web and mobile platform synchronized with IoT sensors distributed in the fields.

Intuitive dashboards for centralized management, mobile app for agronomists, real-time visibility on vital orchard parameters, automated task assignment, and automatic compliant documentation generation.

Advice & Consulting was able to scale their consulting business, managing more clients simultaneously with the same service quality, reducing intervention times and optimizing resources.

Simple steps: functional workshops for design, technology partner selection for IoT hardware, cloud-native architectural design, and complete delivery of frontend, backend, DevOps, and mobile components.

Cloud-native serverless architecture on AWS. Backend in Node.js + TypeScript + Fastify with API/worker layer separation for independent scalability.

Key features: Hourly IoT data ingestion via CloudWatch Events, dual storage strategy (DynamoDB for user-generated data, RDS for sensor time-series), REST API with JWT auth, real-time communication via AWS AppSync + GraphQL WebSocket, task management with offline sync, complete monitoring with CloudWatch, automated ETL pipeline via Lambda, automatic agricultural documentation.

Frontend: Angular + TypeScript + SCSS with RxJS for reactive state management and AOT compilation.

Mobile: Flutter for shared iOS/Android codebase, offline-first architecture with SQLite and sync queue, native sensor integration for geolocation and photos.

DevOps: Automated CI/CD with zero-downtime blue-green deployment, Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation.
