NETECH: Banking Calibration Management

UX/UI redesign of platform for anti-money laundering controls in banking environment

NordEst Technology is a cybersecurity services provider for the banking and public sector. The project stems from the need to improve the user experience of a calibration platform used for anti-money laundering controls at banking clients.

The original platform had limitations in operational flows and used frontend technologies not optimized for required performance. We conducted a comprehensive assessment of existing software to identify critical issues and improvement opportunities.

The process included collaborative workshops with the client to define new UX/UI flows, followed by frontend implementation with modern technologies that guarantee superior performance and greater maintainability.

The result is a platform that maintains the robustness of the original system while significantly improving the operational experience of end users.

Because when it comes to anti-money laundering, the interface must be as clear as the controls are rigorous.

Design-driven process with Figma + Miro for collaborative workshops and user flow prototyping.

Frontend completely re-implemented with Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind + Redux Toolkit for complex state management.

Hosting on Vercel for automatic deployment and performance optimizations.

Reusable component library development, consistent design system implementation, specific optimizations for managing large datasets typical of banking environments.
