Progressive commitment plan: what it really means (and why we're doing it)

Quinck launches a progressive commitment plan: more training, donations and support for high-impact projects every year. What it means and how it works.

How the progressive commitment plan works

If you're wondering what a progressive commitment plan is, the answer is simple: it means deciding today to do something useful and planning to increase its impact every year, without waiting for better times. Progressive means that what we do in 2026 will be less than what we do in 2027, and so on: every year we commit more, in a measurable and verifiable way. It isn't a vague promise or a line from a corporate brochure: it's a concrete, tangible, operational commitment.

Why we don't want to put off "doing good"

In the tech world it's easy to fall into the trap of "we'll do it when we're bigger, richer or more organised". We decided the opposite: start now, even with small gestures, because you don't have to wait for the perfect moment to do something good. Today is a good day to act, to leave a mark and to support initiatives that truly deserve it.

Discounts and consulting for high-impact projects

The plan has three concrete lines of action:

  1. Free technical training, to share skills with those who want to grow without financial barriers.
  2. Targeted donations, to support social and environmental projects that make a difference.
  3. Subsidised support and consulting for high-impact initiatives, not only digital but also concrete ones in our local area.

It isn't marketing, it isn't storytelling to look good: it's an operational choice, with clear goals and measurable results. Every year we'll increase our commitment in proportion to Quinck's growth: the more we grow, the more we give back. Simple, linear and transparent.

Why say it publicly (and put pressure on ourselves)

We say it out loud for a very practical reason: so we can't back out. If we slow down, if we forget, or if we don't keep our promises, you can call us out. Accountability works better when it's shared, and yes... we're also saying it a little to show off. 😇

Are you working on a project with a concrete positive impact and think we could support you? Tell us about it. We assess few initiatives, but we really follow them, step by step.

Did we make you curious?

If you have a problem, an idea or just a curiosity: let us talk. Half an hour, no strings attached.
